Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser by a website. Local storage, localStorage, is another way to remember a choice in the same browser. Rules about storing and accessing information may apply to both technologies.
Your language preference
When you actively select SV or EN, the website saves your choice under the key lexiora-language in your browser’s local storage. The entry contains the language and its expiry time, with no visitor identifier. The preference is used for up to 180 days and an expired entry is removed the next time the website reads it. You can delete it earlier using the button below or your browser settings.
The preference lets you return to the English homepage when you open the website’s main address. Direct addresses to English and Swedish subpages always determine the page language. Navigation and language switching also work when local storage is blocked, but your choice cannot then be remembered.
No visitor analytics or advertising
The website’s own code sets no cookies and loads no visitor analytics, advertising or third-party embeds. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered with the website. We have not added analytics or marketing tools that require consent.
The saved language preference is used only for the feature you request. No consent banner is therefore shown for that choice. If features requiring consent are added, information and suitable choices must be provided before those features are activated.
Technical delivery and security
Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the website storing your language preference in your browser. See the privacy policy for more information about personal data and hosting.
